LEVEL 1: Gold
The Gold option allows you to display online job vacancies and receive applications and, in addition, you can view and manage all matched candidates, even if they did not apply directly. You can use the internal message system to communicate with these candidates and you can view their CVs online. All job advertisements place in the Independents print titles will automatically go online at the Gold option.
LEVEL 2: Platinum
In addition to the benefits from the Gold option, you can use our Recruitment Process Monitor which enables you to streamline your recruitment process by designing your own recruitment process step-by-step and reviewing applicants interview reports. You can also have multiple users linked to your account each with different profile levels. The profiles can be limited to place ads, approve ads, or manage the recruitment process.

FEATURES:

You will receive a private online account in which all your print and online job vacancies are consolidated. Instant Job Posting
You can post your job vacancy online in real time. When you log into your account, new applicants and pre-qualified candidates will be waiting there.
Instant Job Matching
Once your job requirements are defined, you can immediately view a graded list of matched candidates with profiles from our database. After posting the job, all new applicants will also be ranked in the same list.
Screening Questions
You can create your own screening questions per position for applicants in order to enhance the accuracy of the matching result.
Applicant / Candidate Ranking
All applicants and candidates will be scored and graded according to how well they match with your job, which further enables you to add more value to the process by spending most of your time evaluating fewer but the most qualified applicants and candidates.
Applicant / Candidate Filter
Matched applicants and candidates can be further short listed according to various criteria such as education, work experiences and match level etc.
Skill Level Analysis
The system will generate a summary on applicants and candidates' profile and perform an analysis on their skill sets. You can compare their qualifications to the job requirements pre-defined by you.
Communicate with Potential Candidates
You can communicate with candidates through an internal messaging system without the need to use e-mail.
Applicant / Candidate File Management
You can write notes and comments on each applicant/ candidate, review other users notes and communication history, mark and delete applicants/ candidates.
Internal Communication
You can send an applicant / candidate's profile and CV to other interviewers by email via the system.
Recruitment Process Monitor
You can define steps according to your company's recruiting process. The system will allow users to follow and manage applicants and candidates throughout the process. Interview reports and assessments are included.
Multi-users Environment
Several users can use the system to a different degree by setting their access rights by your own.

A “mini company website” linked to your job ads. It consists of pages describing your company and the available positions and is branded with the company logo.
